Cody Balmer is seen breaking a window at Governor Josh Shapiro’s home, lighting a Molotov cocktail, and throwing it inside, sparking a massive blaze.
Shapiro and his family were asleep inside during the attack.
Balmer pleaded guilty today to arson and other charges.
