This is important not just for the city of New York but for the people of the U.S. These are not Democratic U.S. Attorneys; these are Republican U.S. Attorneys who have trained under Republican-appointed Supreme Court justices. Instead of carrying out the erosion at the DOJ, they would have preferred to give up their entire careers."
