⚡️🇫🇷 NEW - France continues to forge a solid reputation as an enemy of freedoms. After the disastrous episode involving Pavel Durov of Telegram, it is now the developers of GrapheneOS who are refusing to set foot in France for security reasons. What a shame!

"We are going to end our few activities in France, as we believe that this country is no longer safe for open source projects related to privacy.

[...] We will not travel to France, including to avoid conferences, and we will also avoid having people working in that country. A simple rule of thumb for the EU is to avoid countries that support chat control. We sincerely believe that we can no longer operate safely in France as an open source project dedicated to privacy."
