Here is what he said:

1. "Naturalized citizens should not be able to hold public office."

2. Limit the number of foreign students who are enrolling in U.S. universities.

3. Disallow dual citizenship: "People should have their loyalty to America first."

4. Forbid people from serving in a foreign military: "Dual citizenship is already bad enough. But to serve in another country's military is disqualifying."
