Prosecutors have stated that their evidence is indeed sufficient to prove that Storm was the co-founder of Tornado Cash and created features that he knew would help cybercriminals.
The case is also reportedly strong enough to support charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to violate sanctions. According to prosecutors, the judge should not dismiss either of these two charges.
