⚡️🇪🇸 NEW - Spain called on the international community to consider sanctions against Israel as it hosted foreign ministers from 20 European and Arab nations in Madrid to push for an end to the Gaza war and to revive the two-state solution.

Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares urged for a collective arms embargo on Israel and proposed targeted sanctions on individuals seen as obstructing a two-state solution. He also called for the immediate suspension of the EU-Israel trade agreement, which is currently under review.
