⚡️🚨 ALERT - Credit markets are repeating the exact same mistake made in 2007!

Private credit has exploded since 2008. The problem?

They have created financial products of extraordinary complexity... Just like with subprime mortgages back then.

These products are invisible to regulators and even to the institutions involved.

Two recent bankruptcies serve as a warning:

⚠️ Tricolor Holdings (a subprime auto lender) went bankrupt for fraud in September.

⚠️ First Brands also revealed that it had $10 billion in hidden debt.

But what is really worrying is that, unlike in 2007, when these toxic products ONLY affected banks...

...This time, these toxic products are being sold to retirees and small savers through their pension funds.

I'll let you imagine the scale of the shock when the dominoes start to fall.
