⚡️🏒 NEW: Ex-NFL punter Chris Klewe arrested & carried out by police during a city council meeting in Huntington Beach, CA, as he protested a "MAGA plaque."

After giving his speech, Klewe approached the Republican city council members, calling for "civil disobedience."

"It’s clear that this council doesn’t listen, so instead I’m gonna take my time to say what MAGA has stood for these past three weeks."

"MAGA stands for trying to erase trans people from existence. MAGA stands for resegregation and racism. MAGA stands for censorship and book bans."

"I will now engage in the time-honored American tradition of peaceful civil disobedience."

Klewe was cited and later released. He spent four hours in custody.
