⚡️🇺🇸 ⚖️ Eric Council Jr. pleaded guilty to an SEC social networking violation used for a false publication about a Bitcoin spot ETF.

Eric Council Jr. was a 25-year-old native of Athens, Alabama, who had used an ID card printer to create a fake ID card. He proceeded to obtain a new SIM card linked to the phone line.
He then purchased an iPhone for cash and used it to obtain access codes for the SECGov X account.

Concil allegedly provided these codes to an organization and received payment in BTC for successfully carrying out the SIM swap.
