⚡️💬 According to Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, quantum computing is still a long way from any significant risk of breaking Bitcoin.

"Quantum resistant addresses will eventually be added to Bitcoin before there is any serious threat. All people alive (and that have access to their wallets) will move Bitcoin into new quantum resistant addresses."

He believes, however, that the BTC belonging to Satoshi Nakamoto (and all those that haven't moved) will one day be hacked thanks to quantum computing, but that they will be put back into circulation.
