⚡️🇷🇺 NEW - The Russian Ministry of Finance has successfully paid its first salary in digital rubles.
This experimental budget payment was managed by the Russian Treasury in collaboration with the Central Bank of Russia.
The payment was made to Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma's Financial Markets Committee and a staunch supporter of the digital ruble.
Starting January 1, 2026, the Russian Treasury and the Bank of Russia will authorize transactions via the digital ruble account.
