⚡️🇹🇷 Thodex founder Faruk Fatih Ozer wins a ruling from the Istanbul Court of Justice to drop allegations of organized crime in a $2 billion crypto fraud case.

He remains in custody. Ozer had been sentenced to 11,196 years in prison in September 2023 for allegedly defrauding over 400,000 investors of $2 billion.
