⚡️🇫🇷 JUST IN: Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has been permitted to leave France for the first time since August 2024.

According to AFP, the founder is returning to Dubai for several weeks following approval from local authorities.

Neither Durov or Telegram have made any public comment following initial reports from various media outlets.

Durov has been barred from leaving France since August 2024, when he was arrested and charged with several alleged violations by Telegram.
