⚡️🇫🇷🚽 NEW - You are not dreaming: Your Toilets Are Going To Be TAXED!

The government is preparing an update to property tax for 2026, incorporating six elements deemed to be "COMFORT" features in your home:

➥ Water and electricity connections
➥ Presence of a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet
➥ Heating or air conditioning

Each piece of equipment adds a fictitious surface area, directly increasing the amount to be paid. Example: water +4 m², electricity +2 m², bathtub +5 m²... and so on for the other elements.

➥ 7.4 million homes could see their property tax increase as early as 2026. The government is targeting €466 million.

⚠️ Tenants could be indirectly affected if their landlord passes on this increase to the rent.
